WHO WE ARE

Seven Dimensions Care provides Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Care Workers for residential and support care settings. We invest in our PBS team so they are equipped to provide high quality care to children and young people. We provide short or longer term care and support workers, day and night, for residential and community based settings. 

Seven Dimensions Care was founded by Applied Behaviour Analysts. Behaviour Analysts focus on understanding how a person’s interactions with the environment influence behaviour. They use this information to design effective interventions that will help people learn more appropriate behaviours, as well as reducing challenging behaviour. Positive Behaviour Support is a form of Applied Behaviour Analysis that uses a behaviour management system to understand what maintains an individual's challenging behaviour and how to change it. The overall aim of PBS is to improve the quality of a person's life and that of the people around them.
